Do Not Disturb For Mac Pro

This feature seems as straight forward as one can and yes, it has been enabled on iPhone 8 Plus with iOS 12.4.1.
1. Settings
2. Do not disturb
3. Do not disturb while driving
On the other hand, it does not work. I am driving, get a text and sender does not get my do not disturb while driving message.
Is there any additional settings that needs to be enabled for this to work, like location? I do limit location services to just a few applications, like Maps, Compass, etc., that actually need it.
PS: Yes, I would add an image for this setting, but the forum does not let me. Getting the Forum message of 'You do not have permission to perform this function...'
